About

For 17 years, I spent the majority of my work-life sitting with men and women who were trying to overcome personal difficulties.

In a very sudden move in 2008, my husband and I became full-time caregivers for my mother who has very advanced multiple sclerosis.  This single choice in our lives has changed everything.  We think about our days so differently.

This page will continue to explore my various interests, but I think I have a lot to say about caregiving to those who are caregivers. Don’t lose heart.
